Entry Level Merchandiser

As an Entry Level Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company's products are displayed and stocked in retail stores in the city of Faro. Responsibilities:
- Visit assigned retail stores to merchandise products according to company guidelines
- Build and maintain relationships with store managers and staff
- Ensure all products are displayed properly and shelves are fully stocked
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers about reorders
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide information to customers when needed
- Collect data on sales trends and customer feedback to inform future merchandising strategies
- Collaborate with sales team to develop promotions and marketing materials for products
- Keep track of product pricing and ensure all promotional pricing is accurately reflected in stores

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preference for candidates with merchandising or retail experience)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking purposes

Salary:
$1000 per month, plus potential bonuses based on performance.

Location:
This position is based in Faro, Portugal. We welcome applicants of any nationality who are legally allowed to work in Portugal.

Experience:
We are open to hiring candidates with little or no experience as long as they possess the necessary skills and have a strong interest in pursuing a career in merchandising. Training will be provided on-the-job by our experienced team members.
