As a key member of our merchandising department, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and promoting our brand through visual displays and store layout. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the merchandising team to plan and execute displays that align with company standards and goals
- Maintain neat and organized store layouts to enhance the shopping experience for customers
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to management
- Assist in setting up new product launches and promotional displays
- Ensure all products are accurately priced and labeled according to company guidelines
- Keep up-to-date with current industry trends and provide feedback on potential improvements for product placement

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary, however, a passion for merchandising or retail is preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for visual presentation
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
