Merchandiser (Indian Nationals Only)


We are currently hiring for the position of Merchandiser for our retail store in Nizwa, Oman. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the purchasing team to plan and select products for display
- Set up displays and arrange products according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products
- Conduct regular store walks to ensure proper product placement and cleanliness
- Monitor sales trends and adjust displays accordingly to increase sales
- Implement promotional strategies to attract customers and increase sales
- Train and guide store staff on product knowledge, display techniques, and merchandising standards
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, sales figures, and customer feedback

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national currently residing in Nizwa, Oman
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package of 1400$ per month.
