Job Title: Indian Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled Executive Chef to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As an Indian Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and implementing new menus, overseeing kitchen operations, and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience working as an Executive Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop creative and innovative menu items that reflect our restaurant's concept and cater to our diverse clientele
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including portion control, presentation, and quality control
- Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality dishes
- Create schedules for the kitchen team to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment according to health codes and standards
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations in the kitchen

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, cooking techniques, and flavor profiles
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing food costs, inventory levels, and budgeting for the kitchen

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation will be provided for the chosen candidate. Candidates must have their own visa or be willing to obtain one.
