Information Security Analyst - Cybersecurity Specialist



As an Information Security Analyst - Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a crucial role in protecting our company's sensitive information and systems. You will be responsible for identifying potential vulnerabilities and implementing security measures to prevent cyber attacks. Your expertise in cybersecurity will be essential in maintaining the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our data.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities
- Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious behavior or incidents
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Perform penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our systems
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure security measures are integrated into all aspects of our operations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and industry best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven work experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Familiarity with network security tools such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, etc.
- Experience with performing vulnerability assessments and penetration testing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and problem-solve under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- Experience working in a regulated industry such as finance or healthcare
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to information security (e.g. GDPR)

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Vianden (relocation assistance not provided)
