Barista (Entry Level)



We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting and serving high-quality coffee and beverages to our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee and other beverages according to established recipes
- Ensure consistent quality of all drinks served
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe area
- Take customer orders, handle payments, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting and engaging with customers
- Educate customers on our menu offerings and suggest add-ons or alternatives
- Restock supplies as needed
- Adhere to food safety standards

Requirements:
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Must have a passion for coffee and desire to learn more about the craft
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Bulgarian is a plus)

Working Conditions:
This is an entry-level position with a starting salary of $1300 per month. The working hours are flexible, but may include weekends and holidays. Accommodation is not provided. This job is open to both Indians and foreigners, with no specific language requirements. Freshers are welcome to apply.
