Administrative Assistant - St. Petersburg, Russia
We are in search of a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. This position is suitable for individuals who are fluent in English and have a valid visa to work in Russia.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the team
- Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain office supplies inventory and order as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with financial record keeping and data entry
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and other external parties as needed
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for documents and records
Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month. The working hours are from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays. The selected candidate will be provided with accommodation if needed.
