Computer Support Specialist


We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Ashdod. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, troubleshooting computer issues, and installing and maintaining computer systems and software. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot computer hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Set up new user accounts and provide training on basic computer usage
- Perform routine maintenance on computer systems to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements in the field

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Relevant work experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

This job is suitable for Indians who have excellent English speaking skills. Part-time options may be available for candidates without experience. Please note that applicants must hold a valid biometric passport.
