Teamlead for Manufacturing Company in Siauliai, Egypt


We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Teamlead to join our manufacturing company in Siauliai, Egypt. Our ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing teams in a production or manufacturing environment. As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our production team and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of production workers to ensure timely and high-quality output
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Monitor the performance of team members and provide feedback for improvement
- Create work schedules and assign tasks to team members based on their skills and capabilities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient use of resources
- Maintain inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Teamlead or similar role in a production or manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is an advantage)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work full-time hours (40 hours per week) including weekends if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

This position is based in Siauliai, Egypt.
