Administrative Assistant - Ashdod, Israel
We are in search of an efficient and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Coordinate meetings and events, including making travel arrangements
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Salary: 1600$ per month
