Sales Representative


We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Representative to join our team in Vilnius. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to potential customers. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets within the given timeframe
- Keep updated on product knowledge, features, benefits, and pricing
- Negotiate contracts and handle objections effectively
- Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Biometric passport required for foreigners

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month, along with commission on sales. Accommodation will also be provided for foreign employees.
