We are seeking a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and grounds of our clients' properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong knowledge of plants, shrubs, and trees, as well as experience with gardening tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gardening and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and potential for growth within our company.

Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, fertilizing, pruning, and weeding various plants and flowers
- Identifying and treating plant diseases or pests
- Mowing lawns, trimming hedges and trees using gardening tools
- Maintaining garden equipment and ensuring they are in good working condition
- Installing new plants or landscape features as needed
- Communicating with clients to understand their specific gardening needs and preferences
- Keeping records of gardening activities and supplies used
- Adhering to safety protocols while using equipment or handling hazardous materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of plants, shrubs, trees, and their care requirements
- Familiarity with gardening tools such as lawn mowers, trimmers, pruners etc.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform strenuous tasks on a regular basis
- Good communication skills to interact with clients effectively
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment as needed
