Baker - Malayalee Cuisine (Abu Dhabi)


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Baker who specializes in Malayalee cuisine to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of traditional Malayalee baked goods such as appam, puttu, and pazham pori. Your main duties will include measuring and mixing ingredients, kneading dough, shaping and decorating pastries, and operating baking equipment.

The ideal candidate must have a deep understanding of Malayalee cuisine and its traditional baking techniques. You should also have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to work well under pressure. Attention to detail is crucial for this role as you will be responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of our baked goods.

We are offering a competitive salary of 1500$ per month for this contract position. English language skills are not required for this role as fluency in Malayalam is essential. However, you should possess good communication skills to effectively work with the team. This is a contract position without accommodation, so we prefer candidates with their own accommodation arrangements in Abu Dhabi.
