Turner - Metalworking Specialist (Part-Time)



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Turner to join our team in Nairobi, Egypt on a part-time basis. As a Metalworking Specialist, you will use your expertise in turning techniques to create precise and high-quality metal components for a variety of applications. This role is suitable for men looking for part-time work and does not require English language skills or previous experience.

Key responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain turning machines such as lathes, grinders, and drills
- Read technical drawings and use measuring tools to ensure accuracy of finished products
- Select appropriate materials and cutting tools for each project
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed to ensure quality output
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in metalworking preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner or similar role in the metalworking industry
- Strong understanding of turning techniques, materials, and tools used in metalworking
- Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools accurately
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and operate machinery safely

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1500 per month for this part-time role.
