Location: Plovdiv, Bulgaria


As a Mason Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of masons in the city of Plovdiv. You will be expected to have prior experience as a mason and demonstrate strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate would also have excellent knowledge of construction materials and techniques, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of masons
- Ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and within deadlines
- Train new masons on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Order necessary materials and equipment for projects
- Collaborate with project managers and other construction professionals to plan and execute projects
- Maintain a safe working environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a mason
- Prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role is preferred
- Knowledge of different types of construction materials, tools, and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Good communication skills in order to effectively lead a team and collaborate with others on projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects as required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

Working hours:
This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday. Some overtime may be required depending on project deadlines.
