We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As an English speaking barista, you will provide exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele from around the world. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages, as well as other menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient service to customers
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Fluent English language skills (additional languages are a plus)
- Prior experience as a barista or in the hospitality industry preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
- Must be legally eligible to work in Lithuania
