Temporary Concierge in Khanpur - Urgent



We are in need of a Temporary Concierge to join our team in Khanpur on an urgent basis. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide information about the hotel, local attractions, and dining options
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or other services
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area
- Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries for guests
- Coordinate transportation for guests as needed
- Ensure security by monitoring entrances and managing access to guest floors

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
- Proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset

Salary:
The salary for this temporary position is $1200 per month.
