Are you a skilled Elevator Installer with experience in the industry? We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team in Atlanta! As an Elevator Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing elevators in various buildings and structures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install and assemble elevator components according to blueprints and specifications
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevators, including replacing parts and troubleshooting issues
- Conduct safety inspections to ensure proper functioning of elevators
- Communicate with clients and building managers regarding elevator maintenance schedules and any necessary repairs
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times while working on job sites
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including time spent on each project and materials used
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in elevator technology

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Elevator Installer or similar position
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and mechanical components related to elevators
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
- Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights as needed
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with various elevator brands such as Otis, KONE, or Schindler
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to elevator installation and maintenance
Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)
