Foundry Worker

We are a manufacturing company located in Mombasa seeking a skilled and dedicated Foundry Worker to join our team. As a Foundry Worker, you will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce metal castings according to specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain foundry equipment such as furnaces, ladles, and molds
- Prepare molds by cleaning, coating, and assembling parts
- Pour molten metal into molds and remove finished castings
- Inspect castings for defects and make necessary repairs
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep accurate records of production data

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a foundry or similar manufacturing setting preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian applicants who are fluent in English.
