We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team in the picturesque city of Vianden, located in the beautiful country of Luxembourg. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, repairing, and maintaining wooden structures and fixtures for our clients. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and building plans to determine materials needed and dimensions for construction
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood or wood substitutes such as drywall and particle board
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trimmings, and cabinetry
- Repair or replace damaged or worn parts of existing structures
- Operate hand and power tools safely to complete tasks efficiently
- Follow safety procedures at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide quality service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter with at least 3 years of experience in residential or commercial projects
- Proficient in reading blueprints and building plans
- Skilled in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills, chisels, etc.
- Knowledge of different types of wood materials and their uses
- Ability to accurately measure and cut materials according to specifications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina as the job requires standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of French or German is a plus)
- Must have your own tools

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
