Hotel Sales Manager
Location: Siauliai, Lithuania


We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Siauliai. As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services to potential clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your main goal will be to increase the occupancy and revenue of the hotel through effective sales strategies and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs
- Respond to sales inquiries and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Develop proposals, presentations, and contracts for new business opportunities
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote the hotel's services
- Collaborate with other departments within the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Analyze sales data and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or related field
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with market research techniques
- Proficient in MS Office
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus
