Rental Operations Coordinator

We are a reputable rental company based in Bungoma, seeking a reliable and organized Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team. As the Rental Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our rental services, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the rental process from start to finish
- Respond to inquiries from customers and assist with bookings
- Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring equipment is available for rental
- Maintain records of rental transactions and update database regularly
- Conduct regular inspections of rental equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Collaborate with other team members to identify areas for improvement in operations
- Train new staff members on rental procedures and policies

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in the rental industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed
