Loader Operator

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Loader Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment used for loading materials onto trucks or into storage areas. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain heavy equipment such as loaders, bulldozers, and excavators
- Load materials onto trucks or into storage areas using proper techniques
- Inspect equipment before and after use to ensure safe operation
- Communicate with other team members to coordinate loading activities
- Follow safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders or similar heavy equipment
- Proficient in using hand signals and radio communication for teamwork efficiency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights, or overtime as needed
