Loader Operator


We are hiring a skilled Loader Operator to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating various types of loaders to load and transport materials within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate different types of loaders including front-end, wheel, and track loaders
- Load and transport materials such as rocks, sand, gravel, and debris
- Follow safety protocols and procedures while operating the equipment
- Inspect equipment before use and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Clean and maintain equipment on a regular basis
- Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient operations
- Keep records of materials loaded and transported

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid loader operator certification/license preferred
- Knowledge of safety protocols for operating heavy equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Nairobi, Kenya.

Additional Information:
