Online Consultant

As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing online support and assistance to clients in need of guidance or advice. Your main duties will include responding to client inquiries through various communication channels such as email, chat, and phone. You must possess excellent communication skills and be able to build rapport with clients in order to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to client inquiries promptly and efficiently through email, chat, or phone
- Providing accurate information and advice based on the client's needs
- Building strong relationships with clients by being empathetic and understanding
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
- Keeping track of client interactions and updating information in the company database
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure the best possible service for clients
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments in order to provide informed advice

Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French is a plus)
- Previous experience in customer service or consulting roles is preferred
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and maintain a high level of professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in using online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Flexibility to work different shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Dickirch (accommodation provided if needed)

Visa Sponsorship: Available for suitable candidates (preference for Canadian or foreign nationals)
