Skilled Handyman for Residential Properties in Kaunas

We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Kaunas. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the maintenance and repair of residential properties. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. No prior experience is required, making this an ideal job for students or individuals with no English proficiency. Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Conduct regular maintenance checks and identify any issues that need to be addressed
- Install and maintain household appliances and fixtures
- Respond to emergency repair requests from tenants in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies when needed

Requirements:
