Experienced Handyman for Urgent Maintenance Work in Kaunas

We are urgently seeking an experienced Handyman to join our maintenance team in Kaunas. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing various maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent problem-solving skills to ensure that all maintenance issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing drywall, and unclogging drains
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues such as faulty outlets and light fixtures
- Conduct minor plumbing repairs including replacing pipes and fixtures
- Repair or replace damaged woodwork or furniture
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools and equipment
- Follow safety procedures at all times while performing tasks
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and other handyman skills
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Good communication skills in English (Lithuanian language skills preferred)
- Valid work permit/visa for Lithuania (Indian nationality preferred)
