Typesetter (Malayalam) - Contract Position in Izhevsk

We are seeking a skilled Typesetter (Malayalam) to join our team in Izhevsk on a contract basis. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for formatting and arranging text and images for various print and digital publications in the Malayalam language. This position requires knowledge of Malayalam typography and a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Format and arrange text, images, and graphics according to design specifications
- Ensure accuracy in layout, spacing, font styles, and other elements
- Collaborate with editors and designers to ensure consistency in design and content
- Proofread final layouts for errors or inconsistencies
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in typesetting technology

Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam with strong understanding of the language's grammar, punctuation, and syntax
- Proficient in typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign or QuarkXPress
- Familiarity with Unicode fonts for Malayalam language
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Prior experience as a typesetter or graphic designer is preferred
