Glazier Supervisor

As a Glazier Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of glaziers in the city of Siauliai. Your main duties will include planning and coordinating the installation of glass and other glazing products, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes, and providing training and guidance to new employees. You will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies, and monitoring project budgets. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a glazier with some experience in a supervisory or management position. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, but additional education or training in construction management or related fields is preferred. The ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools is essential, as well as proficiency in basic math skills.

As this is a physically demanding job that involves working at heights and handling heavy materials, candidates must be in good physical condition and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Knowledge of safety procedures and equipment is also necessary to ensure the well-being of both employees and clients.

This full-time position offers a salary of $1500 per month with potential for bonuses based on performance. Working hours are flexible but may include weekends or evenings depending on project deadlines.
