Responsibilities:
- Use various tools and techniques to shape materials according to specifications
- Interpret design plans and drawings to determine the best approach for shaping materials
- Ensure all finished products meet quality standards and specifications
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Shaper or in a similar role is required
- Knowledge of different materials, tools, and techniques used in shaping is essential
- Ability to read and interpret design plans and drawings accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce precise work
- Physical dexterity and strength are necessary for this role
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
