Hotel Maintenance Engineer

A luxury hotel in Al-Rayyan is seeking a skilled Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team. As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all aspects of the hotel's physical facilities including electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other equipment. This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, repairing plumbing issues, and troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Respond quickly to guest requests for maintenance assistance
- Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
- Complete work orders and document all repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure their longevity
- Troubleshoot any issues with hotel systems and equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure safe and efficient operation of the hotel

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Vocational or trade school certification in related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in English
