Hotel Maintenance Engineer

We are hiring a Hotel Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Hotel Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing all equipment and facilities within the hotel to ensure a safe, comfortable and well-functioning environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with equipment or facilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing filters, lubricating machinery, and replacing parts
- Coordinate with outside contractors for major repairs or installations
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment needed for maintenance work
- Respond promptly to guest requests for maintenance assistance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role in the hotel industry
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary: 1000$ per month
