IT Manager

We are a fast-growing company in Umm-Salal and we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and infrastructure. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining hardware and software systems, ensuring network security, and providing technical support to all employees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that support the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide technical guidance and support
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrading of hardware and software systems
- Ensure the security of our network by implementing necessary protocols and procedures
- Monitor system performance to identify potential issues or areas for improvement
- Provide training to employees on new software or systems as needed
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and trends in the industry

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, security protocols, and system administration
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Good communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. Foreigners with English proficiency are welcome to apply.
