IT Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and infrastructure within our company. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that our technology systems are efficient, secure, and up-to-date.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the company's technology infrastructure
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of all hardware and software systems
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide technical guidance as needed
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in technology and make recommendations for improvement
- Develop and manage the department's budget

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, and database management systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Familiarity with data security protocols and best practices
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Salary: 1300$ per month.

City: Umm-Salal.
