Job Title: Experienced Handyman in Ajman


We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Ajman. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing a variety of tasks related to building maintenance, repairs, and renovations. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require English proficiency or previous experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs as needed
- Paint walls, replace light fixtures, and other small tasks as requested
- Install new appliances or fixtures as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Communicate with tenants or clients to address any concerns or requests for repairs
- Keep detailed records of work completed and materials used

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, or standing for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills with the ability to understand and follow instructions
- Valid visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
