We are seeking a skilled and experienced Crane Operator to join our team in Atlanta, USA. The ideal candidate will have previous experience operating cranes and will be responsible for safely and efficiently lifting heavy loads on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of cranes, such as mobile, tower, or overhead cranes.
- Inspect equipment before operation to ensure safety.
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth coordination during lifts.
- Use hand signals or radio communication to guide crane movements.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment as needed.
- Keep detailed records of daily operations and maintenance activities.
- Report any malfunctions or issues with equipment immediately.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a crane operator.
- Must have a valid crane operator license/certification.
- Excellent knowledge of crane operations and safety procedures.
- Ability to read and understand lift plans and diagrams.
- Strong communication skills for effective coordination with team members.
- Physically fit and able to work in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1600 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
