Cashier - Albena, Bulgaria
We are in need of a skilled Cashier to join our team at a popular resort city of Albena in Bulgaria. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. You will be responsible for processing payments, providing customer assistance, and maintaining an organized checkout area. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of 1700$ per month with accommodation provided.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service at the checkout counter
- Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately
- Calculate total purchases, including taxes and discounts
- Resolve any customer complaints or inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Keep track of inventory levels and restock merchandise as needed
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and safety regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a cashier or in a similar role preferred but not required
- Basic math skills with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if required
