Merchandiser - Bansko, Bulgaria



We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Merchandiser to join our team in Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are visually appealing and strategically placed in retail stores to drive sales.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product displays in retail stores according to company guidelines
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with store managers to ensure restocking when necessary
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for new products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Build strong relationships with store managers and provide excellent customer service
- Regularly review sales data and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Bulgarian is a plus)
- Knowledge of retail math, inventory management, and visual merchandising techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Availability to travel within Bulgaria when necessary

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Bansko, a popular ski resort town located at the foot of the Pirin Mountains in southwestern Bulgaria. Its charming old town, traditional restaurants, and stunning scenery make it an ideal place to live and work.
