Radio Technician

We are seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Acre. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment for various communication systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electronic principles and be able to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with radio equipment. You should also have experience working with various types of antennas and be able to climb towers or structures to install them.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment for communication systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with radio equipment
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on radio equipment
- Work with various types of antennas and climb towers or structures to install them
- Keep accurate records of work performed, including repairs and maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of communication systems

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus
- Proven experience as a Radio Technician or similar role
- Strong understanding of electronic principles and ability to read schematics
- Familiarity with different types of antennas and tower climbing procedures
- Ability to work in confined spaces at times
- Basic computer skills for logging work performed
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary: $1000/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Acre (candidates who require relocation assistance will be considered)
Language requirement: English proficiency preferred but not required.
