Job Title: International Merchandiser

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our international team in Dickirch. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the supply chain process, from sourcing products to coordinating with vendors and ensuring timely delivery. Your main goal will be to increase sales and profitability by effectively managing inventory levels and product placement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers both locally and internationally
- Source new products that align with company goals and customer needs
- Negotiate pricing, quantities, and delivery schedules with vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and make strategic decisions on product ordering, pricing, and placement
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify potential opportunities for new products or improvements on existing ones
- Manage product lifecycle from conception to end-of-life, including forecasting demand, tracking sales performance, and planning promotions or markdowns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to achieve company goals
- Travel occasionally to meet with vendors or attend trade shows

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in merchandising, preferably in an international setting
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes including sourcing, pricing negotiations, inventory management, and logistics
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify opportunities for growth
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
