Job Title: Merchandiser (Contract) - Dickirch, Luxembourg


We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability of our products. Your main goal will be to ensure that our products are displayed in an attractive and organized manner, and that they meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and develop merchandising strategies based on market trends and customer needs
- Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product concepts, designs, and pricing strategies
- Create visually appealing product displays that attract customers' attention
- Ensure all merchandise is properly labeled and priced accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing, lead times, and delivery schedules
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly
- Train store employees on merchandising standards and provide ongoing support as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role in the retail industry
- Strong knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with suppliers, store employees, and customers
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting
- Fluent English language skills are required; additional language skills are a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds

Compensation:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation will be provided during the duration of the contract.
