Retail Merchandiser


We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Lom. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are displayed and promoted in the most attractive and effective way possible. This role requires someone who is able to work independently, has excellent communication skills, and is able to adapt to changing situations.

Responsibilities:
- Implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and promote brand awareness
- Set up displays and arrange products in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management about restocking needs
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences
- Collaborate with team members to create visually appealing product presentations
- Train store staff on product knowledge and proper display techniques
- Ensure that promotional materials are properly placed and maintained
- Conduct regular store visits to check on product placement and availability
- Provide feedback on sales performance, customer feedback, and competitor activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education in marketing or retail management is preferred
- Proven work experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with store staff and customers
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Knowledge of current merchandising trends and techniques
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Salary: 1000$ per month
Location: Lom, Bulgaria
