Information Security Analyst


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security measures to protect our organization's computer systems and networks from potential cyber attacks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of information security principles and practices, along with excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and risks
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures
- Monitor network activity for potential security breaches
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner
- Perform penetration testing to identify weaknesses in our systems
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies
- Provide training on information security best practices to employees
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the implementation of secure systems and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other network security technologies
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 27001 and NIST framework
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Ashdod, Israel. While preference will be given to local candidates, individuals from other countries are welcome to apply. No English language proficiency is required for this position.
