Restaurant Manager - Indian Cuisine

As a Restaurant Manager for our Indian cuisine restaurant in Kaunas, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of the restaurant. You will ensure that all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, customer service, and financial performance, meet our high standards. Your goal will be to provide a memorable dining experience for our guests while maintaining a profitable business.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant, including food preparation and presentation, customer service, and staff management
- Ensure that all food is prepared according to recipes and meets our quality standards
- Train and supervise staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and attract new customers
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment for employees and guests
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Create schedules for staff, taking into consideration business needs and labor costs
- Manage financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in an Indian cuisine restaurant
- Knowledge of Indian cuisine ingredients, recipes, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop employees
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proven track record in managing budgets and achieving financial targets
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fluency in English

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month for this full-time position.
