We are a growing online consulting firm looking for a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team. As an Online Consultant, you will provide professional and personalized advice to our clients through various online platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual consultations with clients to understand their needs and provide them with relevant solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve service offerings
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience
- Manage client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Utilize various online tools and platforms to effectively communicate with clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the consulting industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask effectively

Salary:
Competitive salary of $1700 per month

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Washington, USA. This job does not include accommodation.

Preference:
This position is open for all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates who are fluent in English.
