Senior Architect (Indian Nationals Only)


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Dickirch, Luxembourg. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all phases of architectural projects, from initial design concepts to final construction. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present design proposals to clients based on their needs and requirements.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to integrate structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems into overall designs.
- Oversee the work of junior architects and drafters to ensure accuracy and quality of drawings.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction.
- Communicate with clients throughout the project to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes in design.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design with a focus on commercial or residential projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software programs.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and contractors.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Salary: $1600 per month

Location: Dickirch, Luxembourg (Indian Nationals Only)
