Collections Specialist

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting on delinquent accounts for our company in Eldoret. You will work closely with customers, utilizing strong communication and negotiation skills to resolve outstanding balances. This role requires previous experience in collections, as well as the ability to work independently and meet targets. Being detail-oriented and organized is crucial, as you will be responsible for accurately documenting all collection activities. This position is open to Egyptian nationals with their own visa, and we strongly encourage women to apply. The salary for this role is 1500$ per month.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in collections or accounts receivable
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Must be Egyptian national with own visa
- Strong preference for female candidates
