We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Sheduva. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. Your goal will be to increase sales and revenue while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives
- Identify potential new markets and clients, and develop strategies to target them
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, analyze data, and make recommendations for improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives
- Provide ongoing training and support for the sales team

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Fluency in Urdu or Punjabi preferred but not required

Salary: 1000$ per month
