We are a language school based in Kaunas, seeking an experienced English Tutor to join our team. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and effective lessons to students of all ages and levels. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, suitable for men.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare lesson materials according to students' needs and learning objectives
- Deliver interactive and engaging lessons to students of all ages and levels
- Provide feedback and support to students to help them improve their language skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
- Collaborate with other teachers to create a dynamic learning environment
- Keep accurate records of attendance, grades, and lesson plans
- Participate in school events, workshops, and meetings as required

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in English language or related field
- At least 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students
- Familiarity with current teaching methodologies and resources
- Passion for teaching and helping others improve their language skills
