English Tutor for Foreign and Malayalee Students in Kaunas

We are seeking an experienced English Tutor to join our team in Kaunas. As a tutor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality English language instruction to both foreign and Malayalee students. This is a full-time position with visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities:
- Create customized lesson plans based on students' individual needs and goals
- Conduct engaging and interactive lessons that focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Assess students' progress and provide feedback on their strengths and areas for improvement
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with other tutors and staff to develop innovative teaching methods and materials
- Stay updated on current teaching methods and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- 2+ years of experience teaching English as a second language to foreign or Malayalee students
- Strong understanding of language learning techniques and methodologies
- Patient, empathetic, and able to adapt teaching style to meet individual student needs
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1500$ per month

Location: Kaunas, Lithuania (visa sponsorship available)
